Follow our guide on how to make an InMotion media design request below…
1. Go to your custom media request form
When you join InMotion, we’ll send you an email with a link to make your media design requests. This form is unique to your business, so save the link or email!
2. Fill out the request form
Fill out your request form. You can select ideas that inspire you, attach other examples, pictures of your products or logo that will help our designers to make your request.
Select which screens you want to display the design on, or select all.
Select the dates and times you want your design to show for. (Leave the end date/time blank if you want to keep that design up indefinitely)
Once you submit the form, our designers will be notified and get straight to it!
3. We’ll email you when your design idea is ready
Keep an eye on your emails. You’ll get a link to view the uploaded idea from our designers - (we use notion to handle design requests).
Just follow the link to see the uploaded idea and approve/reject it.
If you reject the idea, please add some comments so our designers can refine it and reupload a new idea (we’ll notify you again).
Once approved, it will be passed onto our scheduling team to set it up to display on your chosen screens for your chosen timings.
